WHAT IS AN SRES®

Some of you may not be aware that there are Realtors whom have taken an accreditation that allows us to better serve and understand Boomers and Senior’s needs. The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®).  My passion and desire to help the families taking care of their parents affairs, and to work directly with boomers and seniors was born when I was taking care of my Mother’s affairs and learned firsthand of the challenges she faced.

WHAT IS AN SRES®

A Seniors Real Estate Specialists® or SRES® designees are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. The SRES® Council awards the SRES® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.

REALTORS®  that have earned the SRES® Designation, have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Your SRES® has received special training, gets regular updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.
