I’m Steve Sicard, an Ottawa REALTOR® and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) with more than 18 years of real estate experience. I help seniors, older adults and their families understand their housing and real estate options so they can make informed decisions with greater confidence.

My commitment to helping seniors and families is also personal. Managing my mother’s affairs gave me firsthand insight into the challenges aging parents and adult children can experience when decisions about home, care, finances and the future come together.

That experience strengthened my belief that families need patience, understandable information and support that respects both the older adult and the people helping them.
