Selling / Downsizing

Do you need to ” Right Size”

You aren’t ready to move to a retirement residence, or as some call them Seniors Residences or Retirement Communities.

You may have some mobility or health issues that make maintaining and getting around your home difficult. It may be too costly to modify your current home to make it safe. Maybe you just find that you don’t need that much house anymore!

Then maybe rightsizing is just what you need!, more commonly referred to as down sizing. I started calling it rightsizing, since that is really what it is. If you are a traveler, then perhaps a condo would be best. No snow removal, no lawn care, no flyers or door hangers piling up while you are away. Not to mention, unlike a house, people are less likely to see that you are away, so less risk of a break in!

If you don’t travel, or you do travel infrequently, then maybe a bungalow would do the trick! Less stairs and easier to heat and cool! If you do travel, then a condo apartment may be the way to go!
