Over time in Ottawa, over approximately a 55 year period, home values have gone up on average, 4 to 5% each year. Covid changed that as you may be aware. Prices went up at a much higher rate. The cost of inflation was also up around 6.9% the market has settled down and the average price of a single family home in August was up 0.9 % compared to August 2023. Much more in keeping with the historic averages.

Taking this into consideration, I wanted to have a program that caters to different situations, while always maintaining a high level of service and solid value. 

The goal hasn’t changed, to get you the most money for your home based on the market at the time of listing, to sell it as quickly as possible, and just as important, to do all this while limiting the amount of stress and inconvenience to you.

 Once you are selling your home, it becomes a commodity, competing with the other homes on the market! My objective is to have your home drawing as much attention as possible, for the right reasons!

Below are the details of my Seller Program. On top of this, I do have connections to many services that you may require and I do provide the introduction to the people who can help. I don’t just say ” Here is a number you can call” Sure, if that is what you want, no problem. However, my experience helping our more mature residents, is that many are feeling overwhelmed with the whole process. So, I don’t just give the people I help, a number. I co-ordinate the initial meeting , I introduce everyone and I attend the initial meetings.

With the staging consultation, I am there. In some cases there may some things that can be done during this time, and an extra pair of hands comes in handy! I am also there for the pre-inspection.
